Crews at Olde English Masonry helped convert an old car dealership to a Denver charter school. The renovation required work on the interior and exterior of the building, cutting in openings for doors and windows, and filling in others with brick, block, and stone. Masons installed a brick wainscot to the building’s new addition and installed new brick to the east vestibule. They also tuckpointed and repaired a precast coping at the roofline. The privately owned project was completed under the management of JHL Constructors Inc.
